How Rentals Work
Your first visit will require some extra steps to rent equipment, but your follow up rentals will be highly automated.
Note that this service and pricing is for B2B rentals to vetted industry experts. You will be providing all of your own production services, insurance, programming, etc. We can provide some of these services for you al-la-carte, but if you are the end user please visit our normal production site at www.lasershows.com for more assistance. Or use our live chat feature, call us now, or send an email.
Select your rental dates and then browse equipment to fully provision your event. Add equipment with quantities to your cart. Availability is updated daily, so the system will not allow you to book if you exceed instantaneous availability. If you have a request that cannot be filled by the system, contact us to see if we can move equipment from another location or our primary production inventory. If this is your first time visiting, please create an account.
Discounts may be awarded for long term touring rentals, quantity, or long term loyalty to our rental program.
If you are renting lasers, we will need a copy of your valid and current Federal CDRH variance. It must match the name of the account contact. Please fill out your variance number where indicated, and then also email a pdf to [email protected]
For all equipment, we will need a copy of your insurance listing us as Additional Insured for the full replacement value of the equipment you are renting. If you are unsure, please contact us. If your policy does not yet contain a rider for 'hired or leased equipment' this is a good time to add it as your business grows. If you do not have equipment insurance, liability, etc we are extremely happy to refer you. We have been doing this for 3 decades and have located the best possible rates in the industry. We can help!
Finally, we will need to establish your mode of shipping and payment. Shipping can be by same day via airlines ( we drop off at the airport 1-2x daily), 2-3 day airline service, common carrier, LTL/FTL, or pickup. Confused? We can help with that too. For large transactions we prefer a wire transfer to save you excessive fees, but we can also accept credit cards for certain transactions.
Once you are in our system and your preferences are established, this can truly be a click and ship scenario and we look forward to making your shows big, beautiful, and simple!
